After graduating with honors from Koç University Faculty of Law, he specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international dispute resolution, and arbitration. During his university years, he worked in the Turkish desk of an international law firm in London and, after graduation, stayed in London for a while providing consultancy on various international commercial activities.
As a partner at Breitegger-Develioğlu Law Firm, Malik Çeber has played an active role in the strategic partnerships and investments of foreign companies in Turkey. He contributed to one of the largest M&A projects in 2023, valued at 500 million USD, and represented one of Turkey’s leading sports clubs in various disputes before both local and international courts.
Focusing his practice on corporate law, international investments, and arbitration processes, Malik Çeber continues to provide legal support to international investors operating in Turkey and Turkish companies in their global commercial activities.
